Below are the highlights of successful projects delivered.

· Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp & Remote Access Solution (Project cost-$200,000): Performed scoping, designing and implementation of multisite Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp 7.15 LTSR solution comprised of VPX NetScalers, RSA MFA, ADM, GSLB, PVS, App Layering, golden image, VMWare, SCCM, Windows Servers 2016, Active directory, AlwaysOn SQL clusters, GPOs, SD-WAN Optimization, Dell servers etc. This resulted in providing scalable, reliable and secure remote access solution for staff.

. RSA Migration: Migrated RSA from legacy network, deployed RSA replica instances for branch offices. This resulted in efficient and enhanced network security. 

· Client/Server Infrastructure Solution:  Designed, planned and executed client/server infrastructure solution for 2 APAC offices. This included deploying Microsoft Active Directory,  AD Domain, Dell servers, MS Windows 2016 servers (DC, DHCP, File, Print, WSUS, WDS, DPM servers), Windows 10 SOE, L3 switch stacks, VLANs, Fortigate firewalls, Citrix WAN-Optimization, Cisco DMVPN for WAN, UPS, Wireless network and decommissioning old network. This resulted in staff having access to latest client/server IT systems.

· Client/Server Infrastructure Solution:  Planned and executed migration of server infrastructure from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012 R2 for Melbourne office. Deployed Dell physical server, Hyper-V virtual servers (DC, DHCP, File, Print, WDS, backup & application servers) & Windows 8.1. Migrated users, computers and data. Decommissioned legacy virtual and physical servers.

· Disaster Recovery Site: Deployed disaster recovery site in branch office. Thus strengthening the business continuity strategy.

· APAC Branch Offices WAN: Implemented WAN connectivity between branch offices (Laos & Cambodia) and HQ in Canberra by implementing Cisco routers with DMVPN, Citrix SD-WAN OP and Fortinet firewalls.

· Citrix Remote Access & XenApp 7.x Solution: Designed and deployed Citrix XenApp 7.x solution, resulting in secure access to corporate resources for national and APAC staff. Decommissioned old Citrix XenApp 6 farm from IT environment.

· Finance Solution: Designed, planned and deployed SunSystems solution for Finance department comprised of Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 / 2016 servers, SQL 2012 / 2016, SunSystems, Citrix XenApp, GPOs and corporate data migration. This resulted in access for staff from national and APAC offices to a centralized financial software and data.

· Fundraising Solution: Designed, planned and deployed RaiserEdge solution, published using Citrix XenApp and migrated data to new servers. This resulted in reliability and increased uptime by 90 % of core business component.

· Development Network Solution:  Designed and deployed Development network resulting in providing a replica of production network for developers and external consultants for application development and testing.

· Cisco Voice Network: Extended CARE Australia’s Cisco Call Manager voice network by implementing voice routers, and integrating 3 APAC offices to Australian offices, resulting in increased global staff communication.

· MS Client/Server Solution: Designed and implemented Microsoft server infrastructure on for a leading client. Migrated corporate data and users to new network. 

- O365 Migration: Conducted O365 readiness, implemented and migrated email services to O365. 

· Data Center Migration: Planned and executed data center migration to new site.
